Walking, biking, pilates....oh my

We have just completed three days in a row of moderate to vigorous exercise. We are doing pilates, walking around the entire neighborhood, using our stationary bike and weight training in the basement. It feels good once it's done, but it can be very difficult getting started. Mom made a great low-fat meal last night that left everyone needing to use some (for dad a lot of) points. For anyone wanting a high protein very low calorie and fat meal try this...Tilapia (1 filet) white potatoes baked with a touch of olive oil and a ranch dressing dry mix, and california blend LARGE vegetables with a hint of lemon pepper. The entire meal was 7 points.

Wow - I am so impressed! You guys are going to do great! Your kids look so cute - seriously so adorable! I need to get better at blogging - but it is so fun to see what others are up to. It's a great way to keep in touch!
